About Us

Greenway Development and Design is a genesis of market and need. The two founding principals, Hal Dobry and Carla Alexander have been in the South Florida market for over 40 years.  Both shared a desire for a quality custom home at an exceptional value in northern Palm Beach County.  After looking throughout the market they realized there were very few places you could build a custom home with access to good schools, safe community and maintain creative control.
